Preparation of Meat Stuffing: Thoroughly blend ? lb. Of ground pork meat, 1 medium chopped onion, 1 whole chopped clove of garlic, a pinch of sugar, Accent, black pepper and 1 tbsp clam juice. Cut 12 slices of Chinese style sausage & 3 hard boiled eggs into 4 quarters each and put to one side. Also put 2 tbsp. Of mixed flour to one side. Thoroughly hand blend one cup of milk, one half cups of sugar, one tbsp. Vegetable oil and the rest of the mixed flour for 10 minutes. Let is sit for 15 minutes. Then thoroughly knead 5 more minutes. Cut 12 pieces of waxed paper to 3′ x 3′ and put to one side. Roll dough by hand to a cylinder 11/4′ diameter x 14′. Cut into 12 equal pieces. Roll each piece of dough into a ball and flatten to size 3′ x 3′. Add meat stuffing to center and place 1 piece of egg and sausage on top. Fold edges of dough over stuffing and use Rice Cake Mold brink together as illustration above. Place on waxed paper and steam in double boiler for 20 minutes
